Q: Do you take a deposit for reservations?

No, we require a credit card number (via phone) to hold on file. Please bring  a method of payment the day you come out to ride. Please note that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy, although we do make exceptions for cruise ship delays, as well as bad weather/sea conditions. All we ask is that you verify either scenario with us. Please note that any no call/no show will be charged the FULL amount of ride booked. Please also note that this card information will be used for ALL incidentals.

Q: How long does it take to get from the cruise port to 340 Water Sports at Bolongo Bay?

It takes approximately 8 minutes to get to 340 Water Sports from the cruise port. A taxi shouldn’t cost more than $10 a head to get here.

 Q: Are reservations required?

No, reservations are not required but are recommended as we often are booked in advance.

Q: What do I wear to go on a jet ski ride? 

Bathing suit, wet suit or proper swim attire, you will get wet!

Towel, change of clothes, sun block, ID, credit card/money

Q: Age to rent a jet ski? 

Age to rent is 18 and age to operate is 16 years old, government issued identification for proof of age is required. A present legal  guardian must  sign your liability waiver if under 18.

Q: Age to ride as a passenger on jet ski?

Any age providing they are able to  sufficiently hold on to the operator, and meet all the physical requirements specified in the liability waiver.

 

Q: Can I have the jet ski’s transported to my private Villa or Yacht ?” 

The answer is yes, 340 water sports can transport jet ski’s to your personal Villa or Yacht if there is ample beach front accommodations or water access that is in compliance with our insurance regulations. Please call or email us for more info on this service

 

Q: Can I rent a snorkel, mask and fins?

Yes, these items can be rented from the St. Thomas Dive club a few steps from 340 Water Sports. Free for Bolongo Bay Resort Guests

 

Q: What happens if I rent a Wave Runner  and it rains on my scheduled day?

At 340 Water Sports we always wish for our customers to have an enjoyable rental. If the weather is bad on your scheduled day, then we will gladly issue a rain check for  another day. If you are already in the water when bad weather  surfaces, then immediately return to shore and notify us. We will issue a rain check for whatever unused portion of the day is left.  Your time will be credited from the point that you notify us of the  weather condition. You may choose a future date based on  availability.
